- Assess your current situation --> In what ways do you feel stuck?
- Identify the key barriers --> What beliefs, self-talk, external influence, actions, or lack thereof, are getting in the way of forward motion?
- Remove + Replace --> remove all (maybe not cold turkey) the key barriers identified in the previous step and replace them with a new set that will help you start taking steps in the right direction.
- Execute your plan --> put to practice the revised framework
- Do it again --> repeat the process as needed
