If doing things the usual way isn't getting you the results you want, try something new.
If by adding a bit of X or doing a little less of Y you’re better able to focus and do the work you're proud of, then put that on the top of your to-do list.
If the story you're telling yourself isn't bringing you joy or helping you become the person you aspire to be, tell a different story.
Give yourself permission to experience the life you want.
When you do this out of a posture of kindness and self-compassion and not out of selfishness or a need to make a point, it benefits not only you but the people you admire and care about most.
