Setting our sights on changing the world can be thrilling. Emotions are high, excitement and motivation are through the roof. You feel like anything is possible. Until it no longer does. Endorphins begin to drop and you start to realize the complexities of your audacious goal. It can very quickly feel like your playing outside your league.

Big dreams are big picture stuff. They tend to be focused on what could be but do little to inform what needs to be done in the in-between, the space between now and the change we seek to make.
